Revive in 5
A simple, caregiver-friendly breathing and grounding program you can use anywhere: in the car, at appointments, before a difficult conversation, or whenever you feel flooded.
Revive in 5 was created for these exact moments…the ones when you feel stretched thin and need a quick, steadying reset.
"It was just 5 mins! Charlotte’s authenticity and the easy access of the training made working through this course a better alternative to what I have tried before."
"Very good start to learning to care for yourself in the midst of caring for others!"
"I appreciated having some structure in the program. Having ideas and videos shared with me instead of having to think to seek out the information in my free time made things easier."
How it works
Navigate the uncertainty of caregiving with less stress by learning how to integrate moments for you to focus on just yourself 5 minutes at a time.
Five bite sized 5 minute videos with one action to take
Practical ways to find 5 minutes a day for yourself
Quick worksheet for each video to keep you focused and on track
Five stress busting breathing exercises that take less than 5 minutes to do
Action plan to fill out in the end so you always know what to do with your five minutes
All you need is a digital device, a connection to the internet and five minutes of your day.
Just 5 minutes. Each lesson is 5 minutes long. You can watch one lesson a day for 5 minutes or if you get inspired you can watch more which would be more 5 minute chunks of time.
In total there are five 5 minute videos to watch. Active run time of the course is 25 minutes. Hopefully you'll spend at least a day in between each video impementing the steps before moving on so you could be done with the course and begin to see results in 10 days.
You will have guaranteed access to this course for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Sometimes it's much easier to make changes in your life when you have someone showing you where to step along the way.
I'm always available to help you with this. There isn't coaching information on the website but it is available to those who ask for it.
Send me an email at any time and we can jump on a call to talk.
Hi, I'm Charlotte.
I was a yoga and meditation teacher when my husband was diagnosed with cancer over a decade ago. In the beginning, caring for myself was challenging even when I had the skills and tools to use.
You and I both know caring for yourself is a non-negotiable requirement for you to be a cancer caregiver. The problem is it just feels like there isn't time to learn how to journal or take walks let alone fitting anything new into a day that is already packed.
Learning to care for yourself isn't practical if you can't actually do it!
We need to start by learning how to find the time. Five minutes of your day is all I'm asking for.
Just 5 minutes.
I'll help you find it.
